Paper collection

We pick up your paper directly from your office.

Prototyping

We take an inventory of the paper collected, and submit a prototype of the notebooks you need. You have control over the design and the specific messages you wish to incorporate. Not enough paper? Don’t worry: we always have some in stock!

Production & Delivery

We cut all the useful surfaces from your paper stock and assemble them in our Brussels workshop. Your personalized notebooks are delivered within 6 weeks of your order.

As a result of their recent rebranding, Voka found itself with significant surplus stationery (obsolete envelopes, notepads and notebooks). The collaboration enabled Voka to significantly reduce its waste while obtaining unique notebooks for its members and staff. Reinforcing its brand image and commitment to the circular economy.

KFDA

For the Kunstenfestivaldesarts, we had the pleasure of creating unique notebooks using leftover posters from the event. These custom-made notebooks were then offered to the festival team.

Hub.brussels

For several years hub.brussels had been looking for a solution to reuse a stock of 50,000 unusable envelopes. So we collected them, cut them up and reused them in personalized notebooks that were distributed to all staff.

It takes an average of 10 business days to produce an order of 100 personalized notebooks.

What happens if my company has less paper than it needs to create Oddpaper notebooks?

No problem: thanks to our regular collections, we always have a large stock of saved paper that we can use to complete your order.

Can we customize Oddpaper notebooks with our own logo or design?

Absolutely! We offer customization options to print your logo
or design on the notebook cover. When you place your order, we
we send you a digital mockup to give you a preview of how your notebooks
of your notebooks.

I have paper to save. Does Oddpaper recover all types of paper?

As a rule, we have the ability to reuse most types of unused paper entrusted to us, such as letterheads, notepads, envelopes, surplus posters, and more. We cut out the usable parts to create your notebooks. If you have any doubts about reusing your paper, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
